What is my attendance/cancellation policy?
Schedule changes are a normal part of a hectic family schedule, but to protect my own time and yours, no-shows or lessons cancelled less than 24hours in advance must be paid for at your regular rate. If the student is more than 15 minutes late and I do not receive a text or phone call, the lesson is a no-show and I may leave (or log off) the lesson location. If a lesson is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, you will be credited one lesson in the next month.
